• How does the process of searching for property work?
Upon your detailed brief we create your tailor-made file and begin the property search within our network. We estimate a time frame of between 3 and 9 months to find the ideal property and keep you updated about our actions, any news and search results with a weekly report. The colour brochures we forward are provided by the partners within our network.

• What “after sales” services do we provide?
First of all we are happy to recommend lawyers and surveyors to help you through the process of purchasing the property. If you are opting for a property to be built, we can also recommend architects and builders. It is natural that once you have bought your property, you will also need other third parties to maintain and manage your property and we can recommend such companies from our selected list.
